Minutes for Meeting Tuesday, September 9, 2008

I.                     Call to Order

o   Shelby called the meeting to order at 8:23

III.                Reading and Approval of Minutes

o   Alex read the minutes. Staci motioned to approved them, Nick seconded it.

IV.                Treasurer’s Report

o   Shannon reported that we have a current balance of $1215.28 and have made $4 from the school store.

V.                  Officer Reports

o   Brittany reminded members that agendas and minutes will be posted on the StuCo website

o   Alex reminded everyone to turn in t-shirt money

VI.                Committee Reports

a.       We will be meeting with our committees today.

a.       Contact Information sheet-all new members need to pick up a contact information sheet and turn in into Alex as soon as possible

b.      Shirt Order Forms-everyone needs to turn in money for t-shirts today.

c.       Fall District Meeting Sign-Up-September 25^th, $5 to attend (needs to be turned in by Sept. 16), $10 for t-shirt (optional, but must order ahead of time). If you sign up, you will be held accountable. We will leave at 7 a.m. and return at 2:30 p.m.

d.      Spirit Gift Volunteer-Port Lavaca Calhoun

o   Ernest Lopez volunteered to make the next spirit exchange gift (in case the game gets cancelled this week
