America Online does not support certain extensions used by the iMail email messaging system.  In order to access iMail through AOL, please do the following:

1. Log in to AOL.
2. Once connected with AOL, Minimize the AOL window (this should put you at your desktop).
3. Launch the Internet Explorer browser (Double-click the Internet Explorer icon.  If you don't have an Internet Explorer icon, click start -> Programs -> Internet Explorer).
4. Once in Internet Explorer, go to:  http://webmail.fisd.us.
5. You should be able to log in to iMail successfully.
