How to access Microsoft Exchange 2003
Via the Internet (through the WEB)
PREREQUISITES:
You must have Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer.
Your original FISD Domain password MUST have been changed at least one time. To change your password the first time, log in to an FISD workstation with your username and password. The system will then guide you through changing your password.
Your FISD Domain password must not be expired.
HOW TO:
Start Internet Explorer and go to: http://www.fisd.us
At the FISD Web page, Click FISD E-Mail.
At the FISD Email page, click Microsoft Exchange 2003 WEB Access.
The system will ask you for a Username and
Password. The system may also ask for a domain.
- If the system just asks for a username and password, but not a domain,
like Figure 1 (below):
4.1 - In User name, type: fisd\your username.
Example: fisd\jholcombe
4.2 - In Password, type: your FISD Network password.
4.3 - Click OK.
4.4 - Skip to step 5.

- If the system asks for a username, password, and domain, like Figure 2
(below):
4.5 - In User name, type: your username. Example:
jholcombe
4.6 - In Password, type: your FISD Network password.
4.7 - In Domain, type: fisd
4.8 - Click OK.

You should now be in Outlook Web Access. You should
see your inbox (Figure 3):

Congratulations! You have successfully accessed your Exchange 2003 account through Outlook Web Access.
You may read messages by double-clicking them.
