HOW TO:

1. Log in to the FISD Network.  Be sure your domain is FISD (Figure 1).

2. Start Microsoft Outlook.  Do not use Outlook Express -- you must use Microsoft Outlook.  You can start Outlook in one or both of the following ways:
   2.1.  Double-click the Microsoft Outlook icon (on your desktop). 
           The Microsoft Outlook icon usually looks like this: 
   2.2.  If you do not have a Microsoft Outlook icon on your desktop, try the Start Menu.
              Click: Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Outlook.
           If you can not find Microsoft Outlook, please submit an on-line trouble report..
    

3. Microsoft Outlook should start, and you should see your inbox (Figure 2):

Congratulations!  You have successfully accessed your Exchange account through Microsoft Outlook. 

You may read messages by double-clicking them.
