Pre-Approval Absence Form

     (1 per semester)

For family events that will prevent your child from attending school, a pre-approval form must be submitted before the actual event.  This form details the absence dates, reason, and must be approved by an administrator.  Only two days are excused for a pre-approved family event.  Any remaining days will be unexcused and subject to a truancy letter.  These forms can be obtained from either campus office.

All of the above information has been taken from the Student Handbook, pages 6 – 8.
