Mix

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon shortening (or a bit more if needed)
1/3 cup warm water (or more, if needed)

In a large bowl, stir the dry ingredients together. With a pastry blender or fork, work in the shortening until it is all incorporated. Add enough warm water to make soft but not sticky dough.
