This course will examine the historical issues from Exploration to Reconstruction.  Students will cover major events in American history such as the establishment of the 13 colonies, the writing of the Constitution, the Industrial Revolution, the Civil War, and much more.  We will examine and practice the role of good citizenship.  Students will become more aware of their rights as American citizens and gain an appreciation for their unique gift of living in a democracy.
