Journalism

Students in Mr. Henley's Journalism class have been using different technologies to report school and community events.  We have been using technologies such as Podcasting, Video, Promethean Board, Publisher Newsletters, and Photo Story.  We have Technology Centers in the room and the students have been rotating through the technology Centers giving each student experience with each of these technologies and promoting middle school news and events at the same time.  The students have really enjoyed getting hands on experience with each technology center.  Mr. Henley has been taking their work on posting them on his website so students and parents alike can see the wonderful work that they have created.  This club was a great way for our students to learn new technologies and to report school events!
