Plan
The Plan Stage of the LoTi Implementation Plan involves creating a plan of action to achieve specific goals and objectives involving student achievement and technology use district wide based on existing TAKS and LoTi data. The data and subsequent action plan will also be integrated into the program evaluation plan for the school year. Provided below are the District Goals and Objectives for the Floresville ISD.

Goals: 2006-2007

  1. Meet all targeted AYP requirements based on the TAKS.

  2. Elevate technology implementation in the classroom district-wide based on the Levels of Technology Implementation (LoTi) framework.

  3. Target the development of LoTi lesson plans to address Targeted TAKS objective

District Objective 1: All teachers will plan and implement two Levels of Technology Implementation (LoTI) lessons.
