As of 8/11/2005 the phone extensions on the phone site should have been completely updated to include all new hires. In this tutorial, we will be using the high school as an example because it is unique in the way that it has more than one campus. Therefore, it has more than one call processor.In the high school, there are multiple call processors, but all of the voicemails are stored on the south campus call processor. So, if you are located on another campus (west or north), you will need to check your voicemail from somewhere in the south campus. Ex. Lets say Your Teacher Voicemail Extension is 9876... To check your voicemail from anywhere in the High School South Campus, do the following:
1. Dial 500**
2. When the system asks you to "Please Enter Your Mailbox Number", press 9876, or your extension.
3. When the system asks you to "Please Enter Your Password followed by the pound key", if it is your first time, press 9876#. If you've checked your voicemail before, your password might be different.Next, checking your voicemail from outside FISD To check your voicemail from a phone outside FISD (home or cellular phone), do the following:
1. Dial 830-393-5370 (or whatever the main office on your campus is)
2. When the system answers, dial **
3. When the system asks you to "Please Enter Your Mailbox Number", press 9876.
4. When the system asks you to "Please Enter Your Password followed by the pound key", if it is your first time, press 9876#. If you've checked your voicemail before, your password might be different.For all other campuses, dialing from anywhere on that campus should work.
