JROTC Graduate Leadership Course

Twenty-three Floresville High School JROTC cadets graduated the first-ever Randolph-Floresville Joint Cadet Leadership Course (CLC) this summer at Camp Swift in Bastrop Texas. The cadets completed a physically demanding course that included Land Navigation, Marksmanship, Armed Drill, Raiders, Rocketry, Human Performance, and much more. In total, the cadets walked 32-36 miles each throughout the week; completed 64 hours of advanced leadership curriculum; and tackled a US Army Air Assault obstacle course. On the 6th day of CLC, the cadets commemorated the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day landings at Normandy with a 3-mile nighttime ruck into the Camp Swift woods. Congratulations to all of our graduates.
