FISD is excited to begin its partnership with you to prepare your child for his or her future. We couldn't be happier that you've entrusted FISD with your child's learning and wellbeing. Welcome to the FISD Family!
To enroll in kindergarten, child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022. Below, you will find the steps to register your kindergartner.
Call your child's home campus to make an appointment to bring in the required documents and see your child's new school! Then, to save time at your appointment, follow the steps below to begin the required paperwork.
Floresville North Elementary: 830-393-5310
Floresville South Elementary: 830-393-5325
You will need the following documents to complete enrollment
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Parent ID
- Immunization Record: click here to view current immunization requirements
- Proof of Residency (utility bill, mortgage/lease agreement)
- Foster Care Documentation (if applicable)
Step 1
Find the approximate location of your home on the map to determine which elementary school your child will attend.
Step 2:
If you already have an FISD Skyward account for a student other than your kindergartner, log in to your Skyward account, then click the pull-down arrow next to the home icon and select "New Student Enrollment".
