Changing Delivery Location or Requested Service

Physical Address Changes

Permanent address changes are processed at the campus level and require a proof of residence. Once the campus approves the change, and completes the student’s Skyward record, Transportation will be able to process the request. It can take 4 business days. Please plan to pick up and drop off your student during this time.

Service Changes

You may change the service FISD transportation provides to your student by amending your student(s) Skyward account on the Transportation Tab. It can take 4 business days to process a request to add or remove an AM, PM or BOTH selection. These changes will appear on the Stopfinder APP, in Find Your Route, or by email.
Alternative Drop-off Locations

If a child needs delivery to a grandparent’s residence, a licensed day provider, or a court decreed address, a Long-Term Alternative Request Form must be submitted to the FISD Transportation Department for approval on an annual basis. This process normally takes four business days and you will be notified when the change is effective. Forms can be pick up at 1900 Standish St or downloaded from the links below.
