Changing Delivery Location

The Long-Term Alternative Request Form should be used when a child will be delivered to a grandparent's residence or a licensed daycare provider regularly. This form must be submitted to the FISD Transportation Department for approval, annually. The information will be entered into FISD’s routing software to determine new routes. This process normally takes four days.

The One-Time Alternate Drop-Off Permission Slip is to be used for a one-time situation only and must have prior approval from the FISD Transportation Department. It must be received by noon of the request date.

Completed forms should be emailed to maaron@fisd.us or hand-delivered to the FISD Transportation Office.

Changing Transportation Service Requested

To make a change in the transportation services requested during online registration, contact your child's campus. They will give you access to the registration packet to make the desired changes. Once the changes are made, the campus will approve the new request. After approval, it will take 4 days for the routing software to process the request.
