FISD Parents, Guardians, and Community Members

In October of 2015 after a tornado hit our city, Floresville ISD was on the receiving end of tremendous generosity as we repaired and rebuilt our schools. Today, FISD has the opportunity to “pay it forward” and make a difference for others in a similar, but even more catastrophic, situation. FISD would like to work together to provide targeted donations to Aransas County ISD. During our time of need, we found that specific, organized donations were of tremendous help. Because of our own experience, we would like to invite FISD staff, students, parents and community to participate in the districtwide donation effort outlined below.

One of FISD’s Core Beliefs is, “We believe that helping one another strengthens our community.” Sometimes, the community is larger than just what lies within our city limits. Thank you for being the embodiment of that core belief.
