1. Clicking the Create a Ticket link will now redirect to an Eduphoria login page.
Use your full FISD email address in the Email field (i.e. user@fisd.us)
User your Eduphoria specific password. A Forgot Password link is available below the Sign In button if needed.
2. Once logged into Eduphoria:
Click on the Technology link.
Click on the category related to your issue. Subcategories may exist, click the most appropriate to your support request.
Fill in the required fields and provide a detailed request of your support request.
Optional: If you have a document or screenshot to better illustrate your problem, click on the Attachments down arrow to reveal a Browse button
Click the Submit Request button at the lower right of the page. You will receive a confirmation email and updates for your support request.
