1. Clicking the Create a Ticket link will now redirect to an Eduphoria login page.

  • Use your full FISD email address in the Email field (i.e. user@fisd.us)

  • User your Eduphoria specific password. A Forgot Password link is available below the Sign In button if needed.

2. Once logged into Eduphoria:

  • Click on the Technology link.

  • Click on the category related to your issue. Subcategories may exist, click the most appropriate to your support request.

  • Fill in the required fields and provide a detailed request of your support request.

  • Optional: If you have a document or screenshot to better illustrate your problem, click on the Attachments down arrow to reveal a Browse button

  • Click the Submit Request button at the lower right of the page. You will receive a confirmation email and updates for your support request.
