During a Special Board Meeting held July 21, the Floresville ISD Board of Trustees and a representative from the City of Floresville began preliminary discussions regarding district-owned properties that are not currently being used for district operations.
Following the discussion, the Board approved a motion delegating to Interim Superintendent Dr. Lana Collavo the authority to negotiate and finalize a contract between Floresville ISD and the City of Floresville, consistent with the terms discussed in closed session. Floresville ISD will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
